Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the shoes are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and placed back in the eco-friendly Neemans box.

  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 24-48 hours to collect the package from your address at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange pair immediately.
